Good insoles make a world of difference:
An ergonomic and natural shape
The insoles are ergonomic and designed to follow the natural shape of the feet. This means that the feet are loaded and relieved in the right way. On the one hand, the insoles provide strong support in the right places and subtly distribute pressure across the foot.
Normalizing the alignment of the spine.
The support at the heel bone encourages both feet to bear weight symmetrically. This relaxes the pelvis and spine, allowing them to function more naturally. As a result, (muscle) pain is reduced.
Realigning the pelvis
The spine rests on the sacrum, which is neatly wedged between the two halves of the pelvis. Naturally, each half of the pelvis has one hip joint. Poor footwear often places an asymmetrical load on the sacroiliac joint because one half of the pelvis bears more weight than the other. Dr. Worker insoles encourage the feet to distribute weight correctly, resulting in a symmetrical load on the pelvis and consequently less muscle pain and fewer tired legs and feet.

Frequently asked questions:
Everything you want to know.
Do they fit in every shoe?
Absolutely, that’s what makes them so convenient. The insoles are designed for all shoes and work universally. Pretty convenient, right?
What exactly do the insoles do?
The insoles are ergonomically shaped to follow the natural form of the feet. This both relaxes the feet and provides substantial support for the knees, hips, and spine.
As a result, your weight is distributed across your feet, creating more symmetrical pressure on the spine.
How long do they last?
With intensive use, meaning every day… we recommend replacing them after 6 months.
If the insoles are worn for too long, the arch can no longer provide the desired support.
