How can I return my order?
You can return your order free of charge within 30 days via our returns portal. Click HERE to go to our returns portal.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Through our returns portal, you can choose to exchange the item for a different size. Click HERE to go directly to our returns portal.
Something is wrong with my tracking code
Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong with the parcel delivery service. If your tracking code shows a particular message or you receive a notification that something is wrong, please contact us at support@drworker.nl, and we’ll look into it for you.
I haven’t received an order confirmation, but I did order and pay for the shoes.
Have you checked your spam folder?
Sometimes an email ends up there. It’s also possible that your email address
was entered incorrectly when you placed your order. To be sure, send an email
to support@drworker.nl, and we’ll check whether your order was successful.
You have received my return; what happens next?
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it before exchanging it for another size or issuing you a refund. This may take a few business days.
You will receive a notification once your return has been processed and the other size is on its way, or once your refund has been issued.

What material are the S3 safety shoes made of?

This protects your feet, is water-repellent, and is also comfortable.

My work shoe is broken. What can I do now?
If your shoe has quickly fallen apart, you can send an email to support@drworker.nl with a photo of the defect, and we will contact you to find a solution.
Are my work shoes waterproof?
Our work shoes are splash-proof, which means you can safely walk in the
rain for a while or use them for wet work. Working for extended periods on wet and soggy ground is not recommended.
What is the expected lifespan of the work shoes?
Work shoes last 6 to 12 months with intensive use.
What is the best way to care for my work shoes?
Polish the shoes regularly with a damp cloth and regularly spray them with a water-repellent spray.
Drying them by the heater can damage your shoes. Give them some time and let them air-dry naturally!
