Measurable difference

Time and again, people are amazed by how much of a difference a pair of good insoles makes.

Our insoles were developed in collaboration with the experts at the Back Expertise Center.

Good insoles make a world of difference:

Back, Foot, or Pelvic Pain?

The position of the feet has a significant effect on the pelvis and, consequently, the rest of the body.

Poor footwear affects the pelvis and back.

Poor footwear places an asymmetrical load on the spine because one half of the pelvis is subjected to more strain than the other.

Dr. Worker insoles normalize the alignment of the pelvis and spine.

The support at the level of the heel bone encourages both feet to bear weight symmetrically. This relaxes the pelvis and spine.

Frequently asked questions:

Everything you want to know.

Do they fit in every shoe?

Absolutely, that’s what makes them so convenient. The insoles are designed for all shoes and work universally. Pretty convenient, right?

What exactly do the insoles do?

The insoles are ergonomically shaped to follow the natural form of the feet. This both relaxes the feet and provides substantial support for the knees, hips, and spine.

As a result, your weight is distributed across your feet, creating more symmetrical pressure on the spine.

How long do they last?

With intensive use, meaning every day… we recommend replacing them after 6 months.

If the insoles are worn for too long, the arch can no longer provide the desired support.
