How can I return my order?

Something is wrong with my tracking code
Unfortunately, sometimes something goes wrong with the parcel delivery, your tracking code shows a particular message, or you receive a notification that something is wrong?
Please contact us at support@drworker.nl, and we’ll
look into it for you.
I haven’t received an order confirmation, but I did order and pay for the shoes.
Have you checked your spam folder?
Sometimes an email ends up there. It’s also possible that your email address
was entered incorrectly when placing your order. To be sure, send an email to support@drworker.nl, and we’ll check whether your order was successful.
You have received my return. What happens next?
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it before exchanging it for another size or issuing your refund. This may take a few business days.
You will receive a notification once your return has been processed and the other size is on its way, or when your refund has been issued.
What’s the best way to care for my shoes?
Regularly clean the shoes with a damp cloth and spray them regularly with a water-repellent spray.
Drying them by the heater can damage your shoes. Give them some time and let them air-dry naturally!
Are my work shoes waterproof?
Our work shoes are splash-proof, which means you can safely walk in the rain for a while or use them for wet work.
Working for extended periods on wet, soggy ground is not recommended.
What is the expected lifespan of the shoes?
Work shoes last 6 to 12 months with intensive use.
My shoe is broken. What can I do now?
If your shoe has become damaged quickly, you can send an email to support@drworker.nl with a photo of the defect, and we will contact you to find a solution.
